Sustainable Governance

The core of Radbon Electronics' corporate governance structure and the highest governance unit is operated by the board of directors. To continuously enhance corporate governance, a compensation committee has been established within the board to improve the performance evaluation and compensation structure of directors and managers. In the future, independent director seats will be established within the board, and functional committees such as the audit committee will be formed to ensure the effective operation of internal controls and risk management, in order to respond to various potential corporate crises and risks.
